This notice describes information handled through thecapitaldank.com and its website features. Capital Dank is the retail brand shown on this website. For questions about a particular store, purchase, or the business responsible for it, use that store’s contact information or contact@thecapitaldank.com. This website notice does not replace notices provided by an ordering service, a store, or a mobile app.
Website and marketing providers help maintain this site and may handle information on behalf of the business. Their involvement does not make them the seller of cannabis products.
Information you provide
The contact form uses your name, email address, optional phone number, selected store, and message to prepare an email in your own email application. The form itself does not send that email. We receive the message when you choose to send it and use its contents to respond to your inquiry.
Please do not send medical records, identification documents, payment-card details, or other sensitive information through the general contact form or ordinary email. Online ordering and account registration are provided through Dutchie; the information requested there is shown by that service.
Technical information and website use
When a page or embedded service loads, hosting and technology providers can receive technical information such as an IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, and the time of a request. Some technical information can be associated with a device or person.
Google Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics measure website visits and page activity. These integrations load unless a saved denial, unreadable preference, or recognized Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal disables them. Google Analytics may use analytics cookies; Vercel Web Analytics does not use analytics cookies. Browser tracking protections and Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on can also limit measurement. Clearing stored site data removes saved preferences and does not by itself opt you out. Age confirmation is separate from analytics and marketing choices.
Browser storage and choices
The website uses local storage to remember age confirmation, the selected state and store, and a versioned analytics preference. Those preferences stay in your browser until you clear them or they are replaced. The mobile-app prompt uses device/browser information to choose the appropriate app-store link and a local timestamp to suppress a dismissed prompt for seven days.
You can clear local storage and cookies in your browser settings; doing so can reset your age, location, and app-prompt preferences. Browser controls or content blockers can also limit third-party requests, though some features may stop working. Google offers an Analytics opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
The website’s analytics preference applies to its Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics integrations. It does not determine cookies or data collection inside Dutchie, app stores, or other connected services. Embedded services and links
Dutchie provides embedded online menus and linked ordering and account features. Embedded services can receive information while you remain on our website. Data requested for an order, an account, identification, payment, or marketing preferences is governed by the notices and choices presented in those services and the relevant store’s practices.
The website also links to app stores and social platforms. Review the privacy notices of those services before using them. This notice does not describe all practices of a downloaded mobile app.
How information is used and disclosed
Website and inquiry information is used to respond to requests, provide and maintain site features, understand usage, troubleshoot problems, and protect the service. Information needed for those functions can be handled by hosting, analytics, ordering, communications, and website or marketing providers.
Information may also be disclosed to comply with a legal obligation or legal process, address fraud or security issues, or establish or defend legal rights. Whether a particular provider acts only on our instructions or for its own purposes depends on the service and the applicable arrangement.

Browser preferences remain subject to the controls described above; connected services have their own records and retention settings.

Rights, verification requirements, and exceptions depend on the law that applies. Include enough information to identify your request without sending identification documents or medical information in your initial message. If your request concerns a store or Dutchie account, identify that store or service so it can be directed appropriately.
Age, communications, and assistance
The cannabis content on this website uses a 21-and-older entry policy. Purchase eligibility is separate: Oklahoma stores serve eligible medical patients under Oklahoma rules, while the Michigan location serves adults 21 and older. Privacy, terms, and contact assistance are available without affirming age.
Contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information. Confirming age, browsing, or sending an inquiry does not by itself enroll you in promotional email or text messages. For any marketing you receive, use the unsubscribe or preference method provided with that communication.
